guy in Bergen NorwayNew Jersey claims to have leaked results of the stress tests for the top 19 US banks

it is curious, scary if true

Saw some mention of this guy on the CR comment threads yesterday. The guy is from New Jersey, not Norway, and is not a reliable source. His day job, so to speak, is as a part time janitor, Unless he works for the NY Fed, I don't see any plausible means by which he could know what he claims to know--indeed, unless his employer is one of the banks being stress tested, I don't see how he could know anything at all about it.

A leaked DHS memo on returning vets?!?

I am find that hard to swallow.

Why would a DHS memo have details about bank stress tests?

It is like this guy is just trying to hit hot buttons for far right wingers. (And, I will note, that the memo has nothing on banks other than that they could be targets).

Some cross purpose here:
Bergen guy claims to have way to get confidential gov memos before they are published.
Claims he had (real) DHS memo on militia recruiting of vets that later came out in mainstream

Now claims he has seen the stress test results and summarized them.
