Funny since my mother is a librarian... "March of the Librarians" is a spoof of sorts of the "March of the Penguins."

Watch out for that hipster librarian in the crowd!
I also just ran across this at Bad Astronomy Blog:
Good stuff!

So here's the rather strange story.
My Stealth Librarianship Manifesto post from last month continues to gather comments and page views, albeit at a slower rate than before. Of course, that's very gratifiying to see.
I don't hear as much curiosity from the research community as I'd like to about what a librarian knows and does, but I do hear some.
From the University of Toronto Academic Librarians' blog:
At first I was thinking, 'it's too long,' but then I ended up watching the whole thing, and found it strangely soothing.
Ah...librarians.
They really hit a home run with that soundtrack. You could make a documentary about Ebola and it'd probably still be mellow as long as you spoke softly and used that music.
Was march of the penguins any good?
I haven't been able to bring myself to watch it.
I liked it, but I'm a big Morgan Freeman fan. If you're in the mood to relax, learn a little bit, and listen to the best narrator evah, then yes it's good :)
If you're in the mood to play Excite Truck, it's not.
speaking of... I got a SD card finally and we put some music on it and it integrates really well with the game...
